1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary documents published by sg777ph:
The sg777ph website accessible at sg777ph.club, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any future applications or delivery channels through which sg777ph makes its services available.
Any individual who has registered a verified account on the sg777ph Platform and uses any of its services, including but not limited to casino games, sports wagering, bingo, fishing games, and promotional features.
The operating entity behind the sg777ph Platform, which provides online gaming and wagering services to eligible players in the Philippines market.
The total Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's sg777ph account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, credited winnings, and any applied bonus amounts that have met applicable wagering requirements.
Any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free bet, or cashback amount credited to a Player's account by sg777ph. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

3. Account Registration & Use
3.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) sg777ph account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, email address, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying attribute — constitutes a violation of these Terms. sg777ph will close duplicate accounts, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Accuracy. Players must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update their account details if any information changes. sg777ph is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive important notifications.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sg777ph will never ask for your password via any channel. You must notify sg777ph immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sg777ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. sg777ph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or account balance to any third party. The use of another person's account — whether with or without their consent — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
3.5 Account Currency. All sg777ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. Where a payment instrument operates in a different currency, conversion fees and exchange rate losses are the Player's responsibility.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
sg777ph accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank (InstaPay), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. sg777ph does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance upon confirmed receipt by sg777ph's payment systems. sg777ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network congestion. 4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering requirements; and (d) the withdrawal request meeting the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
sg777ph is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Players must not use the sg777ph Platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment wagering. sg777ph may report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law without notifying the Player concerned.
5. Wagering Rules
5.1 All wagers placed on sg777ph are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any wager before confirmation. sg777ph will not reverse or amend a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical malfunction or manifestly incorrect odds, as determined solely by sg777ph.
5.2 In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout — whether in favour of the Player or the Operator — sg777ph reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected account balance accordingly. sg777ph will notify the affected Player of any such correction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by sg777ph are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Bonuses may only be used by the Player to whom they are awarded. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
6.3 sg777ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel a promotional campaign at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6.4 Players who exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract value without genuine participation in the games — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus harvesting" — will have bonus funds forfeited, associated winnings voided, and may have their account suspended.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sg777ph Platform. A violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
- Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;

8. Intellectual Property

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sg777ph content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy & Data

10. Responsible Gaming

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform may request a self-exclusion via the Account Settings or by contacting sg777ph support. Self-exclusion periods available are: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the elected period.
10.3 sg777ph will not send promotional communications to Players who have activated self-exclusion. Any attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sg777ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, arising under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 sg777ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, whether or not sg777ph was advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 sg777ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond sg777ph's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. sg777ph will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 sg777ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sg777ph has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a Player has breached these Terms; (b) a Player's account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account presents an unacceptable risk under sg777ph's responsible gaming or anti-money laundering obligations; or (d) a regulatory requirement mandates account restriction.
12.2 Upon account termination for cause, sg777ph may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method, subject to verification requirements.
12.3 Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting sg777ph support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned after completion of applicable verification checks.
13. Disputes & Complaints

13.3 Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through sg777ph's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction and governing law provisions set out in Section 14.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to sg777ph's right to seek emergency injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Amendments to These Terms
15.1 sg777ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where a change is required urgently for legal or regulatory reasons.
15.2 The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at sg777ph.club/terms-conditions and is dated with the effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 of these Terms.
