8.4 Technical and usage data (including logs of Platform access and session data) is retained for a maximum of two (2) years unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing investigation or dispute.
8.5 Communications data (including live chat transcripts and support correspondence) is retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, unless the communication relates to an unresolved dispute, in which case it is retained until the dispute is resolved plus one (1) year.
